If you are unsure about which ceremony location you prefer, don’t worry, simply indicate this in your email and we will send you additional information on all our beautiful locations to help you with your decision making.

Wedding Planning

We will send you more details about your preferred wedding package as well as other information for your wedding in St. Lucia.

Your package and quotation can be amended as often as you like, until all the details have been finalized and you are
completely satisfied with it.

We offer an array of additional wedding services, all of which are charged for separately. These services include:

• Photography Upgrades • Videography Service • Choice of Live Musicians

• Hairdressing, Makeup & Nail Care Services • Wedding Attire Alterations
• Alternative Wedding Day Transportation (Limousine, Horse & Carriage, Helicopter, Power-Boat)

We will send you comprehensive details and prices on all our additional services, so you can choose your desired wedding extras with complete ease and confidence.

There are no hidden costs, and we will be able to amend your quotation throughout the entire wedding planning process, so you are always aware of the cost of your wedding package.

Booking Your Wedding Day

When you feel comfortable and are ready to book, your deposit will guarantee your booking and ensure your preferred wedding date is reserved with us.

Our Payment Terms

• US$500 non-refundable deposit - to secure your wedding date
• 50% of the total cost of your wedding - 3 months before your wedding date
• Final 50% (minus your $250 deposit) - 1 month before your wedding date

Method of Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as Bank Drafts. We'll send you more information on securing payment when you are ready to book.

Pre-Wedding Consultation

We will arrange to meet with you at your accommodations to go through all the details of your wedding day. We will also arrange for our lawyer to meet with you at the same time to collect your documents and have you sign the paperwork for your Marriage License.

For cruise ship visitors, we will arrange for our lawyer and ourselves to meet you at the dock on the morning of your ship’s arrival in Port Castries.

Legal Requirements

We will assist with all the legal requirements for your wedding in St. Lucia. There is no residency requirement to get married in St. Lucia; however, it does take 1 to 2 days to process your marriage license application. We will ask you to send us photocopies of all the relevant documents in the list below, so that our lawyers can prepare the paperwork in advance.

The documents that are required for you to obtain a marriage license in St Lucia are:
• A Valid Passport
• Birth Certificate
• Decree Absolute (if one of the parties is divorced)
• In the case of a widow/widower, a Death Certificate of spouse is required
• If a name has been changed, a Deed Poll is required
• If either of the parties is under the age of 18, evidence of consent of parents is required in the form of a sworn affidavit stamped by a Notary Public
• Stamped Immigration Card (obtained during travel & arrival in St. Lucia)

*All of the above documents must be Originals or Certified Copies

*If any required documents are not in English, an authenticated translation must be provided

Express Service

To facilitate anyone not wishing to wait the normal period of time, an Express Service has recently been initiated by the Office of the Attorney General. There is an additional fee of US$100 for this service. This enables cruise ship visitors to get married on the day of their arrival in St. Lucia.
